From my bench to you

Made to order · 2–3 weeks
Once you order, I make your piece by hand in my Brookvale studio. Most pieces take around 2 weeks before they’re ready to send; pieces with stones sourced from overseas take around 3. The time for each piece is shown on its page.

Wrapped and posted
Your piece is boxed, wrapped and posted with a handwritten note. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves the studio.

Signed for and insured
Every parcel is fully insured for its value and needs a signature on delivery, so it only goes into your hands. If you won’t be home, Australia Post will leave a card to collect it from your local Post Office.

All prices in AUD. Every service is tracked, signed for and insured. Delivery times start once your piece has been made and posted.
International orders
Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country when your parcel arrives. These are paid by the receiver and aren’t included in the price you pay here.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order for you, I’m unable to offer change-of-mind returns. If your ring needs resizing, I can do this for $40, which includes posting it back to you; changes of more than three sizes are quoted case by case. You’ll just need to send the ring to me by fully tracked post. Bespoke pieces are always resized free.
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t right, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your piece and I’ll make it right. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
